Story OutlineBacon Boxcutters is the story of a group of clever, resourceful, married ex-army family men who stumble upon a sinister terrorist operation, investigate it, and eventually sacrifice themselves to foil the plot. At a pub in Ottawa with his drinking buddies Ed and Jacques, Morris Parker attacks an armed Hell's Angels gang member who is about to rob the place. In the resulting gunfight, Morris kills a gang member. The police investigator is Detective Clark, a crooked cop who planned the robbery. To get the gang members off, Clark plants false evidence to make it look like Morris fired the first shot, and Morris is charged with murder. Morris runs Parker Holdings, a multi-faceted commercial enterprise. Morris uses his business associates and employees to mount his defense. He hires Ed and Jacques to coordinate security, and the three of them begin to investigate the situation. Clark and the Hell's Angels gang members are luring street people and prostitutes to use as medical test subjects in a plan to infect billions of people with swine flu. Terrorists are producing a new, deadly strain by passing it from human to swine and back repeatedly, causing it to mutate. Highly paid by a corrupt pharmaceutical entrepreneur, a brilliant, twisted scientist is shaping it to transmit infection through moist air. Under the leadership of Mohamed Ziad, Islamic suicide terrorists plan to infect themselves and transmit the disease to thousands of runners at the Boston Marathon, who will then return to international locations and spread the virus worldwide. Bacon Boxcutters is the 9/11 rematch, with the final battle in Boston, the origin of the flights that brought down the two towers of the World Trade Center. This time the good guys, Canadian and American, fighting from within the two towers of Boston, win the day.
